Former road racer & UK Sustainability sector champion, Louise is co-founder with husband Lee, of leading European cycling tours, retail & DMC business Meet Sleep Cycle based in Girona Costa-Brava & Málaga, directing our team of expert route planners, ride-guides, soigneurs & ace mechanics.
Director and co-founder of Sirocco, Tim has helped set some of the world’s leading brands on the path to a sustainable future. He leads our efforts to make Meet Sleep Cycle a force for positive change, and a showcase for sustainability in the MICE industry.
Lee is a founding partner and leads retail & bike hire. Lee has a background as an engineer – his role as an operations manager for GKN took him from the UK, to China & San Diego, before he began a new career in London in the sustainability sector. In 2015 Lee relocated to Girona and founded Eat Sleep Cycle.
Raúl is our Finance manager with proficient analytical skills in industrial information and financial management. Wide experience in design optimisation, analysis, presentations and reports. He loves Britpop, eating a lot and riding his steel bike, and now he loves to bikepack.

50% of suppliers from host destination Slovenia in 2026. Remaining international places for EMEA suppliers from key markets: UK & Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia, Benelux, Iberia, France & Italy.
All elements are covered by MSC for qualifying, bona fide buyers. Flights & transfers, social programme, accommodation, F&B, cycling experiences, bikes & guides. You will need suitable personal insurance that covers cycling both on & off-road in our selected destination. You may incur some discretionary expenses such as extra drinks, room-service items etc. We will require evidence of insurance cover.
Afraid we cannot hold places for this unique, fully-hosted event. Demand will far outpace the limited number of places available for senior buyers across Europe – but we do hold your place after approving your full application, pending travel arrangements being confirmed.

Sorry, but you cannot attend without participating in cycling experiences (please nominate a colleague if MSC is really not for you). Cycling will amount to around 3h per day, broken down with coffee breaks, venues & sites of interest. Routes are meticulously planned & fully-guided by cycling professionals. You choose your own high quality road or e-bike for the tour duration.
